The 1PS Transfer Pledge

As part of our service, we pay your contractors on time, and you receive your commission from the first week of transfer to 1PS. We manage the liaison and negotiations with your current provider on your behalf. All communications with your end clients are  transparent and professionally and confidentially managed. We on-board and welcome each contractor on your behalf and ensure they are set up and ready to use the portal from week one.

We are so confident in our customer service that we pledge to waiver one month’s service fee if we fail in our commitment to deliver the above.

One

We appoint a dedicated account manager to gain an understanding of your current clients and required credit limits. We conduct our vetting and credit checks within 24 hours.

Two

On approval, we agree the time frame for the switch in line with your current supplier’s terms and your requirements.

Three

We contact your current supplier on your behalf and arrange for the transfer of clients and debts to 1PS.

Four

We keep you updated on progress. We can provide training, support or communications with the end client, where required.

Five

From the agreed date, we purchase the value of the ledge from your previous provider and manage this going forward.
